What Cliqstr Does Not Do

• Cliqstr is not a crisis hotline or emergency response provider
• Cliqstr does not contact 911 on your behalf
• Cliqstr cannot promise detection of all harmful content
• Cliqstr cannot promise notification delivery or review timing
• Cliqstr cannot promise prevention of harm

How Safety Decisions Work

Cliqstr uses a layered safety model:

1. Detection and reporting signals (automated and user-submitted)
2. Routing and prioritization
3. Policy-aligned moderation workflows
4. Account and content actions as appropriate

Automated systems can make mistakes, including false positives and false negatives. We continuously improve safety systems, but no system is perfect.

Safety and moderation features rely in part on third-party systems and may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded. Cliqstr does not promise continuous availability of automated moderation features or detection of all harmful content.

Age-Aware Safety

Cliqstr applies age-aware rules and parent-linked safeguards where required by policy. In child safety scenarios, parent notifications are attempted through available channels, but delivery cannot be promised.

Cliqstr is rolling out safety controls in phases. Additional child safety controls, including CSAM safeguards, are planned as part of our phased safety roadmap until officially released.
